Contact the prescribing team or your medical practitioner promptly if you have any of the following:
Severe or worsening stomach pain
A tender, swollen stomach
Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
A fever/high temperature alongside significant symptoms
Fruity-smelling breath (especially if you’re diabetic)
Symptoms of low blood sugar (particularly if you’re diabetic or older)
Ongoing vomiting, or you can’t keep fluids down
Any reaction suggesting a serious allergy (see below)
If you have difficulty breathing, facial swelling, or a severe allergic reaction, call 999 immediately.
