Nausea is one of the most common side effects and often improves over time.
Things that can help:
Small, frequent meals and stopping eating when you feel full
Plain, bland foods if meals feel difficult (toast, crackers, rice)
Hydration in small sips (especially if you’ve vomited); Drink fewer carbonated or alcoholic beverages and drink more water and eat high-fibre foods
Avoid high-fat, very spicy, or strong-smelling foods if they trigger nausea
Try not to eat and drink at the same time if that makes you feel overly full — sip fluids between meals instead
If nausea is severe, persistent, or worsening, contact the prescribing team.
