Initial wellbeing call
Shortly after you begin the programme, a member of our team will contact you for a wellbeing check-in. This call is designed to:
Make sure you’ve received and understood your medication
Support you with using the pen correctly
Answer any early questions
Check how you're feeling physically and emotionally
You don’t need to book this, we’ll contact you.
Booking an additional 1:1 coaching call
If you would like to speak to someone outside of your scheduled check-ins, you’re very welcome to request a call.
At the moment, the simplest way to arrange this is to:

Please include a few details about what you’d like to discuss and your availability, and we’ll arrange a suitable time with you.
