If you’re switching to Slimmr and need to provide supporting evidence (for example, confirmation of your current prescription), but don’t have it to hand, don’t worry.

Simply select:

“Yes — but I’ll need to send it later.”

You’ll be able to continue with your request as normal.

We’ll then send you an email reminder with a secure link so you can upload your evidence when it’s convenient for you.

There’s no need to start again — just use the link in the email once you’re ready.
