How does the consultation work, from form to delivery?

Complete the online consultation form (medical history, height/weight, current medication, allergies, and other safety questions).

Place your order and pay after submitting the form.

Prescriber review — a UK-based prescriber reviews your answers. Sometimes they can approve quickly, and sometimes they need to clarify something first with you or your healthcare provider.

Approval and delivery (or refund) — if you’re approved, we confirm by email and your medication is prepared for dispatch. If you’re not eligible, we’ll let you know and refund your payment.
