How long until I get a decision about my consultation?

After you have completed the medical consultation form, your answers will be carefully reviewed by one of our prescribers. They will usually be able to make a decision about whether you are suitable for the programme there and then. You’ll then be emailed confirming that this is the case and your medication will be sent out to be delivered on the day you have selected. If, however, they need to check any details on confirm or clarify any of your answers, then you’ll be contacted directly by them. This may delay when you medication can be sent out by a day or two.
