How do I store my pen while travelling?

It depends on whether the pen is unopened (not started yet) or opened (you’ve already used it).

If your pen is unopened (you haven’t started it yet):

Keep it cold while you travel, ideally using a small cool bag and an ice pack.

As soon as you arrive, put it back in the fridge (between 2°C and 8°C) until you’re ready to use it.

Keep it in the original box where possible, and out of direct sunlight.

If your pen is opened (you’ve started using it):

It can be kept at room temperature, up to 30°C.

Keep it in its box, with the cap on, and away from heat and direct sunlight (for example, don’t leave it in a hot car or on a windowsill).

If you have access to a fridge, storing it between 2°C and 8°C is still absolutely fine.

Tip: Always travel with your pen in your hand luggage, not checked baggage, as the hold can get too hot or too cold.
