Where do you deliver to?

Slimmr can only deliver to patients located within the UK. We also deliver to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We do not deliver outside the UK.

Patients in UK mainland areas (England, Scotland and Wales)

We dispatch orders from our pharmacy in Lancashire, Monday to Friday. This means you can receive deliveries from Tuesday to Saturday.

The last dispatch before the weekend is 10.30am on Friday. If your order is processed after this time, it will be shipped on the next business day (assuming you are approved for the programme).

We use next-day delivery, so you can usually expect to receive your parcel 1–2 working days after dispatch. You can select your preferred delivery day at checkout, however please be aware this can sometimes change if the prescribing team need to clarify any answers on your consultation or check-in form.

If they do need to contact you, this may delay your order by a day or two. The team will call from a number with a Preston area code (01772), so if you see this number on your caller-display, please do answer it.

Patients in remote locations (Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and the Scilly Isles)

Orders to remote locations have a 2-working-day delivery timeframe, and the last dispatch day for these is Wednesday.

If your order is processed after 2pm on Wednesday, it will be shipped the following Monday (assuming you are approved), and delivery will take 2 working days from dispatch.

Please note: for these locations we cannot use DPD. We send orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery instead. In this case, you will not receive a PIN code (PIN codes apply to DPD deliveries only).
