If you miss your delivery, DPD may attempt a further delivery the next working day. If this is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the pharmacy and refridgerated on arrival. You will then be contacted to rearrange your next delivery attempt.
A further delivery attempt may be charged at £20 to cover the cost of processing and redelivery.
