Cancelling your order: prescription-only rules

If you change your mind after you’ve placed your order, then don’t worry. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will cancel your delivery and refund your money, no questions asked. Please make sure you provide your name and order number. If you have requested next day delivery, then please ensure you contact us as soon as possible. if your medication has already been approved (you can view the order status in your account), then you will not be able to cancel your order and we are unable to offer a refund. This is because of legislation around prescription medication - once it has been allocated to you, it cannot be used by anyone else.
